The Element Bar Coffs Harbour.
Pivotal Building Services were engaged to undertake the demolition of an existing surf shop fitout on the Coffs Harbour Jetty to build a new high class bar and restaurant. The project involved design and construction of a new bar/nightclub including a dining area, bar and cool room, full kitchen and mezainne level sitting area, DJ booth and Ammenities.
Southport Sharks Boasting over 40,000 members, the Southport Sharks Australian Rules Football Club is one of Queensland’s most impressive and reputable clubs, both on and off the field. Pivotal Building Services was approached by Southport Sharks to Project Manage firstly the construction of the club’s fourth and most significant renovation stage. And presently the Design and Construction of the extension to the Club’s Gymnasium.
Sirromet Winery – Tuscan Terrace
Set in the magnificent bushland of Mount Cotton, Sirromet Winery is uniquely Australian, featuring modern architecture with extensive use of natural hardwoods and local blue stone. After a trip to Tuscany in 2005, the Morris family decided to create the ‘Amoroso’ Tuscan Terrace Restaurant with a place for people to hold special events and enjoy the fantastic view over the vineyards and Moreton Bay. Add an exclusive event marquee, a state-of-the-art kitchen and 75 metre timber deck and they had created the Sirromet version of a Tuscan Terrace.
Pivotal Building Services worked closely with the Morris Family on their initial vision for this development through to completion of the Project including all facets of the project from town planning and development approvals, to the detailed architectural design and construction.
The Australian Hotel Motel Dalby
Pivotal Building Services were selected by the client from their solid reputation for quality projects and the teams vast experience in construction in remote areas. Pivotal Building Services were responsible for the management of all facets of the project from town planning, architectural design, interior design and cost engineers, through to construction of the Hotels new Motel. The Motel consisted of 21 well-appointed rooms featuring modern decor and amenities.
Kate St, Morningside – Townhouses Development
Pivotal Building Services acted as construction mangers for their client to deliver great value and quality for a 3 storey townhouse development in Morningside. A co-operative approach allowed the client to be closely involved in the selection of trades and informed every step along the way. Pivotal Building Services managed the project and costs to ensure the project was delivered successfully on time and on budget.
